Nov. 4, healthy living log
Today I ate ok until dinner. Who knews eggs and sausage were so bad for you?! :) I went back to the gym and walked off 100 calories. According to the scale a lost 1 pound! Somehow I don't believe that. We'll see what it says tomorrow. I went on a sight to help me keep track of my calories eaten vs. calories burned. Quite an eye opener! Good luck in your ventures and I'll update tomorrow. Bye!
